NASCA President Bill Smith announced on May 31st that NASCA has hired Mike Beacom of Amherst Junction, Wisconsin as the organization’s new Executive Director. Mike has served as Forestry Specialist for the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) for the last 20+ years, and has represented NACD on the Joint Forestry Team for the past twelve years.
