New Supervisor Training Ideas

Ohio is in the process of reviewing and revising our New Supervisor Training and looking for ideas that may have worked well for others. Currently we have both online and in-person training and though our main focus with this review is our online training we are open to ideas that worked well on either front. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
