What amount of money do conservation districts in your state pay to be a member of the state association?
Tom GordonMaine SWCDs pay $2,000 per year.
Brian FarkasWV’s 14 districts pay $4,000 a year to the state association.

Idaho districts pay $1,800. The Association tried for $2,000, but the market wouldn’t bear it.

RJ SpencerUtah association charges $2,200 for services every year. They are broken out into multiple categories. Some CD’s pay, some don’t. There are many factors for state taxpayer reimburse for some but not all of the dues.
Rob HamiltonOur state assoc. has a formula based on the amount of funding the SWCD receives from local sources. This is about 1-1.5% . Would say the average would be between $1,200 – $1,500 per SWCD
