NRCS Team Priorities

Are any other states experiencing NRCS taking local resource concerns and forwarding them to the Resource Team Leader (RTL), and the RTL then convening a team meeting of stakeholders to provide advice and counsel for determining Resource Team priority resource concerns and team funding requests?
We want to know if this is a Texas decision or one being implemented across the country.

I have never heard of this. It certainly has not happened in Colorado. I don’t think our state office has enough staff to do anything like that!
