Has your state NRCS talked with your state agency or conservation districts regarding implementing a fee schedule to pay for USDA-NRCS IT (Information/Technology) support? If so, how has your state agency responded?

Also…
Has your state NRCS required conservation districts to pay rent for USDA-owned office space? If so, how has your state agency responded?
