What information and background does anyone have about Will Mays with Regional Environmental Districts Site Organizer (http://redso.org). Apparently he wants districts and agencies to put their info on his website, which isn’t functional yet. he does have Baldwin County SWCC in Alabama set up as an example if you put the address in the URL line.
