I am wondering if any state has produced any type of formal study/research analyzing the economic impacts of soil and water conservation districts to agriculture, or analyzing the contributions of soil and water conservation districts to the state department’s mission of which they are a part? Any information anyone can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you.
