A nationwide webinar, sponsored by NASCA, is being planned for Thursday, July 16, 2009. Presentations by 13 states (AR, DE, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, OH, PA, VA, WI, WY) will provide participants with an interactive forum describing their state programs and materials for Conservation District technical employee certification and training.

NASCA Annual Meeting 2009


This year the beautiful state of West Virginia is hosting NASCA's 2009 Annual Meeting, September 14-16 in Charleston, WVA.

We are planning an exciting agenda that will include our popular Field Staff Sharing Sessions, an NRCS Listening Session, a tour of Active and Reclaimed Mountaintop Coal Removal sites, and an outdoor picnic at the West Virginia Governor's Mansion.

In addition to our regular yearly Membership Meeting activities, we will be hearing conservation reports from around the country.
